  • No refunds, all sales are final.
  • Exchanges only on defective merchandise due to our error.
  • No cancellations on already placed orders.
  • No switching/swapping items on completed orders.
  • ENTER YOUR ADDRESS AND EMAIL CORRECTLY DURING THE CHECKOUT. No address changes will be permitted once order is placed.
  • Any discount codes must be applied on the order at the time of purchase. Discounts will not be applied after an order has been completed. If you experience a problem with a discount code, contact us before you place your order at myhouseofenchantment@gmail.com
  • For custom orders please email myhouseofenchantment@gmail.com for an invoice. Full payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Work will not begin until full payment is received. 
  • Bulk & wholesale candle orders(weddings, birthday parties and other events) require a full payment before any work can begin and have a 3-4 week turnaround period. Please email myhouseofenchantment@gmail.com to begin your bulk or wholesale order. 
  • House Of Enchantment is available for vendor events in the metro Atlanta area. Please email myhouseofenchantment@gmail.com
