Order Processing & Shipping Times
Processing time is the time it takes to make your order. Most items are custom and/or made to order and processing is 7-10 business days. Wholesale and bulk order processing time is 2-3 weeks unless otherwise stated. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order is processed it will be shipped via the method you selected at checkout. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Please make sure you enter a valid shipping address as it can not be changed once your order is placed. For delivery delays and issues please contact the shipping carrier you selected using the tracking number provided for your order.
If your order is returned to us you will be responsible for the reshipping fee to be paid via invoice.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, if you don't see a confirmation email please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number, please use the tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.
